Rossi’s Lies to Investors about SGS Certification

UPDATE #1 to our story “SGS Corporate Security – No Certification for Rossi”

Mr. Andrea Rossi’s latest dog and pony show was the first worldwide e-Cat church meeting with a few of the e-cat investors/licensees attending.  We can’t really call this an investor’s conference because according to Mr. Rossi he has licensees for the whole world and only a few licensees showed up for this world shaking event.

Officially it was called the 2012 E-Cat Conference in Zurich – “Energy Turnaround with E-Cat Technology”

Mr. Andrea Rossi has been saying since early this year that the “classic” (as if there is any other kind) e-Cat, the low temperature, low pressure, wet steam, and hot water creating, free energy nuclear device was getting certification “soon.”  This certification is required, Mr. Rossi says, so the “classic” e-Cat can be sold to people and organizations other than Covert Black OPS Secret Military types.

Even though at the same time Mr. Rossi has also been saying since October 28, 2011 that the “classic” e-Cat is for sale to anyone with $1.5 million and who can wait 3 to 4 months for delivery.  This is about 1 1/3 to 2 times – the normal cat gestation period as generally defined in most textbooks: the number of days between a “successful mating” (i.e. “order”) and the birth of the fully developed kitten, (the e-Cat), which is between 61 and 69 days.

Some of the reasons for the Zurich conference was so all of the investors/licensees could pat each other on the back for being such forward thinkers, and to dream about how much money they were all going to make in the near future.  To help them along in this regard, because Mr. Rossi is nothing but a dream builder himself, he told all of those present that the long waited for magic document that would make the start of all of their dreams come true had finally been received – the long anticipated certification document which Mr. Rossi said came from one of the largest certifying agencies – SGS.

According to Mr. Rossi speaking at the conference, this was for the “classic” e-Cat.  Now anyone can buy one because it had been certified.  Sales can soar.  All is good and right in their dream world now.  Their savior and prophet Mr. Rossi has achieved the unachievable – the first ever certification for a cold fusion/LENR product.  And of course with the accompanying Italian patent, and the factories in Italy and Florida, the business plan is all locked up.  Free energy for all is on the way.  We should all praise God for these marvelous events, which Mr. Rossi did at the conference.

But then someone just had to spoil the party, why won’t they just let me work in peace Mr. Rossi asks?  We wrote an article posted on this website called “SGS Corporate Security – No Certification for Rossi” which you can read HERE.  Click your “back button” to return back to this article.

In that article we document that SGS Corporate Security verified that neither Mr. Rossi or any of his companies had received any SGS certifications.

Some stupid people on Vortex trying to soften the blow this created, by saying that the certificate was issued under another name and company.  If this was true then it would be worthless to Mr. Rossi’s companies and his licensees.  It always amazes us how many stupid statements are made by people trying to justify the lies of Mr. Rossi.

But finally as a response to that article we posted Mr. Rossi, the guru himself had this to say:

Hi Mr. Rossi,
As you have claimed during the Zurich Conference, your classic E-cat model, was certificated by the SGS. But the SGS when contacted cannot prove your claim, and show us any certification. Can you explain us why?
Cheers,
Giuseppe

Dear Giuseppe B.:
Mr “Gary Wright” ( a false name that the coward snake – The Snake- is using for cowardice) has contacted SGS in an unproper way and has put an unproper question.
So he published on his newbogusenergybricolage that we do not have a SGS certificate. This is the evidence, as if there was any necessity, that when the Snake ( or, better, the puppet Snake) writes, he usually publishes a falsity.
Within hours you will find our Voluntary Safety Certificate.
So you will see who is that says the truth and who is that has an agenda.
Now we are very close to make a plant able to make power, and the puppeteers are trying all they can to discredit us: this is why I am caring not too much of the mumbojumbo growing up around and focus on the factory where we are making the real work. But from the violence of the attacs you can read the fear they have of the fact that we are making it. Not to mention the blackmails and the threats I am receiving on dayly scale. Just let me work and we’ll see.
Warm Regards,
A.R.

Mr. Rossi’s answer to that question is what we want to discuss now.

a) Was Mr. Rossi contacted by SGS Corporate Security, asking him why he is claiming to have a certificate when he really doesn’t?  Possible, but we have not received confirmation of that, YET.

b) Since Mr. Rossi took the time out of his busy day of tennis and basking on the beach to write his lengthy comment, we wonder why didn’t he just provide the certification number itself?  That would have produced much more damage to the “snake” then what he actually wrote.

c) In place of a certificate number, Mr. Rossi stated that shortly he would provide a copy of a “Voluntary Safety Certificate.” Of course an SGS “Voluntary Safety Certificate” by itself, would be worthless to get a CE or UL Global certificate or stamp for an e-Cat.

d) Most people, including Mr. Rossi, does not comprehend what is required to sell certain products anywhere in the world nowadays.  Any product that uses electricity, the major trigger of fires worldwide, has to have a mandatory, not voluntary, certification by a major certification agency. This is a true 3rd party testing and certification.

e) A “Voluntary Safety Certificate” safety certificate can be done in house by listed certifying personnel or by 3rd party agencies.  But one thing is very clear the things that are approved for a “Voluntary Safety Certificate” are not the same things that are required by the mandatory certification laws.

f) It will be interesting to see what the date on this “Voluntary Safety Certificate” will be.

g) Whatever the “Voluntary Safety Certificate” is for, one thing we know for sure, the 1MW, “classic” e-Cat is no closer to becoming a reality in the marketplace than it was in October 28, 2011.

h) And we have one last question for Mr. Rossi, since you claimed that the industrial e-Cat plant had CE certification on October 23, 2011, just days before the October 28, 2011 dog and pony show, where you also claimed that the 1MW “classic” plant was ready for sale to anyone – why don’t you provide a copy of that certificate along with the new “Voluntary Safety Certificate” you are claiming you now need and have?

Dear Dario:
The CE for the business to business has been done. For household applications not yet.
